Appearance, or cleaning

A cosmetic changes appearance or cleans. Lumexa does not write a treatment claim on this site.

We do not diagnose skin. If a label later carries a drug-fact panel, that panel is the label, not a sentence we add here.

Moment and texture

The letter should say when you use it, and whether you want gel, cream, oil, or balm.

An ingredient list is a list. It is not a result we promise.

Scent and shade

If you need unscented, write that word. We confirm it only when the written reply says unscented.

We do not match a shade from a photo. A written reply names the shade, or it says we cannot.
